Forgot to tell you the latest excitement for ‘Auntie Rie’. Seems after Nicole had her second child the agreement was for Ben (now known as Ben the Bull) to have his potency checked. Ben, like a lot guys, was a little slow on the job and in the meantime an ambitious little swimmer managed to elude all defenders and took it to the house, so to speak. So if you get a chance, you might want to congrat Rie on Colly’s GFA.

I also forgot to mention that Champ wanted me to say ‘hello’ to you. It’s been really nice that he’s been staying with me at the park ranger house this winter. It gets awfully lonely here during the winter and Champ has been wonderful company. The only problem is he drinks, many times, too much, to the point where it seems he’s stiff most of the time. Often during those times he wants to talk about you, the promise that you made and stuff like that. As I’m sure you’ve heard, he can be a hard guy, but he’s got a good heart. On all other fronts things are going well.
